These terms cover “Butler Control-Q”, also referred to as “the software” below.

Your license is perpetual. 12 months of free updates are included in the license. When renewing the license within 30 days of license expiry you get a 40% discount, based on the list price at the time of renewal. Please contact sales@ptarmiganlabs.com to get a discount coupon.

When the license period expires you will no longer be able to update the software to newer versions.

The license is personal and non-transferable within companies. Licensee may not give, sell or in other ways transfer the license to any other person or organisation.

Ptarmigan Labs' liability is limited by the amount paid by licensee for the license.
